Hive is a stylish, award-winning £30 million residential development located in heart of Birmingham city centre. The creative involved multiple disciplines - from branding, print and digital collateral - through to supporting interior design decisions and designing the ‘secret garden’ outdoor space.

The development benefits from its own ‘secret garden’ designed for residents’ private use. The design process involved working with a landscape garden company to make sure the outdoor space reflected the brand architecture and palette. Bespoke elements, such as a commissioned concrete sofa further added to the personality of the space.
